MCTS/VCP Consultant Required

We are a staffing firm that exclusively partners with Cloud and Hosting Companies, Managed Service Providers and Data Centers. We are only a good resource for permanent, full-time hire.
We are currently looking for a MCTS/VCP Consultant for one of our clients based in Yonkers area. The MCTS/VCP consultant will be joining a project team that works with small to medium sized clients to help them tackle migrations, installations and upgrades. This client is at the forefront of providing Iaas and Private Cloud Services to the SMB market. The MCTS/VCP Consultant will be looked at as an integral member of the team, providing valuable insight to design needs and leadership to junior staff members.
Requirements:
Up to date skills and expertise in the management, maintenance and needs of systems using the Microsoft Windows operating system including installation, application deployment, and security as well as Exchange (2003/2007/2010) and Server (2003/2008), and VMware solutions
Ability to work effectively in a variety of situations and settings.
Ability to effectively represent the company through interactions with clients on a daily basis
Willingness to accomplish goals and establish parameters that lead to maximum client satisfaction and minimal downtime for client systems
Leadership skills and a strong ability to effectively designate tasks in a team environment, and accomplish projects from start to finish
Excellent communication skills with team members and clients, both written and verbal
Strong ability to maintain documentation related to client systems, issues and resolutions.
Ability to travel to client sites.
Extensive ability to effectively test and evaluate network systems to eliminate problems, make improvements, implement new solutions and minimize client downtime
Extensive experience in building systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support.
This position requires 8+ years of previous experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in Managed Services/IaaS environments is preferred.

Salary: $90000-$110,000
Compensation: $90000-$110,000
