This is an intermediate-level test covering all technical topics required to configure, administrate and maintain the different components of the Cloud Pak for Automation v19.0.3 on Red Hat OpenShift v4.2.

Out of scope:
Installation and configuration questions related to components that are only available on a non-containerized form. The focus on these components will only be related to configuration tasks needed
to use or integrate them with other Cloud Pak for Automation components, for example integration with User Management Services, Business Automation Insights, etc. Product capabilities topics are considered out of the scope of this certification as they are included in their specific product certification tests. For example: process modeling, authoring decisions, etc.

Section 1: Planning and Installation 25%
1.1. Define an installment plan for the sequence of installation and dependencies.
1.2. Validate System Requirements (CPU, Memory, Disk) for each component of the Cloud Pak.
1.3. Download, install, and setup various CLIs and tools required during installation.
1.4. Inspect the OCP cluster and validate its readiness for install
1.5. Validate rights and privileges on the OCP cluster.
1.6. Install and verify the availability of supporting applications and services.
1.7. Install and run the Cloud Pak for Automation operator on OpenShift.

Section 2: Security and Configuration 16%
1.1. Complete post-deployment tasks for Cloud Pak for Automation components.
1.2. Configure User Management Services (UMS).

Section 3: Platform Administration 20%
1.1. Utilize the Monitoring and Logging Capabilities for Cloud Pak for Automation.
1.2. Perform scaling of deployments.
1.3. Perform individual components upgrade.
1.4. Perform backup and restore of components’ environment.

Section 4: Product Topologies 17%
1.1. Identify the different configuration options for different environments
1.2. Identify which Cloud Pak components’ configuration steps are required and which are optional.
1.3. Identify the role of the different components.
1.4. Configure and maintain High Availability and support Disaster Recovery.

Section 5: Troubleshooting 22%
1.1. Analyze logging to troubleshoot platform issues.
1.2. Troubleshoot issues using OCP command-line capabilities.
1.3. Identify certificate issues.
